After doing lots of research on diet and nutrition, I decided that the best lifestyle choice for my personal goals was to start eating a vegan diet. Since this does not change the fact that I'm a foodie at heart, here is a compilation of the various vegan meals and snacks that I have available to me. Depending on where I am in the world, this can be very challenging. I've lived in situations where I've had to eat the same thing every day because there was no other option. On the other side of that I've been to Bali where eating various gorgeous vegan meals was typical.
